Making BC wheel plates

15mm hole should be about right. the rest is kind of preference and you
should probably just measure your shoe. long plates shouldn't be too
long that your whole foot is on it, but the majority of your foot
should fit with more toe hanging off than heel. no idea for short
plates.

as for the height you want to have it just bigger than where you the top
of you foot would rest (for jumping)
also you could do what Spenser does and put a layer of foam and duct
tape around the bolt so you can jump better and not kill you feet on
the bolt
the height is really preference and shoe size

for short ones they are about 2.5 in wide and 3.5 in jutting out
the longs ones are about double that at 5 or 6 in

I DO NOT HAVE A BC, THIS IS ALL JUST APPROX.
