manitou s-type slr rear shock

Hello all,

I just bought a Giant Anthem 3 with a Manitou S-type SLR rear shock. I tried to find documentation concerning the tuning but I found none.

I am about 80 kilos (160 lbs?) so if anyone knows how to tune the shock I would appreciate the help.

I am more interested in the air I have to put in the shock.
