  1. I am running it on Win 2000 and have plenty memory.

After selecting "Print/Publish Recipe" The program tells me
that it cannot find a printer.

After choosing "Edit Print Design" which should allow me to
select a printer, the whole program crashes. I then get
    memory errors.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Phil

I'm afraid I can't answer your question. You might try the

  3. Try going to "Start", then select printer settings and on
your printer of choice select as default printer.

  4. I took it home and installed it on my home PC (Win XP Pro)
and it runs perfectly. It has to be a version problem with
    Win 2000 at work.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program on
    the windows 2000 machine?
