Interested in current training techniques for matched sprints. I assume one is already strong with lifts lots of Olympic style lifting, but what works best.
Riding at the track with high intensity repeats at 200-700 meters with lots of rest. So what is new or what do you really think works best and why. Or is this just all there is, which is just fine.
