Mathis Brothers moves to Division III Specialty Sports, LLC has announced the formation of the
Sharper Image/Mathis Brothers Furniture Professional Cycling Team for 2004. The UCI Division III
team is an extension of the Mathis Brothers Elite team, one of the top amateur programs in the U.S.
last season.

The Team will focus solely on the domestic calendar for the 2004 season with specific emphasis on
the San Francisco Grand Prix, New York Cycling Championships and the 2nd Annual Dodge Tour de
Georgia. The team will also be attending multiple National Calendar Races throughout the year.

Norman, OK, Specialty Sports, LLC is pleased to announce the formation of the Sharper
Image/Mathis Brothers Furniture Professional Cycling Team for 2004. The UCI Division III team is
an extension of the highly successful Mathis Brothers Elite team and looks forward to 2004 and
the professional ranks.

The Mathis Brothers Elite team was one of the premier amateur programs in the U.S. last season with
one National Racing Calendar (NRC) win and nine podium appearances. In all the team won over 30
races and had the second and third ranked amateur on the National Racing Calendar.

"I want to congratulate the Mathis Brothers Elite Cycling Team on a fantastic 2003 season. This year
we are excited to welcome The Sharper Image as a co-sponsor to our cycling family. We look forward

I know of some guys that outlaw summitted this one during construction. They donned hard hats,
slapped some blueprints under their arms and slipped into a work elevator. Took some nice photos
from the top.
