I need some information, Is it legal for a doctor or his
representative, To use coercive means to obtain your
signature on a Medical Release form ? In this particular
instance, The release is not so much as a request for
information ,but to be used as a way of opening a channel of
communication between my Physiologist and my primary
doctor. The coerciveness is the threatening to change my
scheduling instead of coming once a week to the
Physiologist's office I'm being threatened to daily visits
unless I sign the medical release form for my primary care
giver's records .Is this lawful,ethical?
