Someone at work just sent me this article and thought that some of you might enjoy it.
Its a Men's Health article in which the writer rode with Floyd Landis and picked up some tips. Tips on how to climb, and get a full circle's worth of pedalling.

It also covers how to get fitted on your bike and even some tips for riding on the road with traffic (thought this might help some of the commuters out there).

Happy reading...

There are also quite a few other others articles covering fit and efficiency in there.

Very good reading. I'm not sure I understand the "4. BECOME A BACK-WHEEL DRIVER " move on page 3. Is this lifting the front wheel and sort of Unicycling a turn ? Whats your take on this ?

Good stuff...thanks for the post StartTday. ;)
I like nit-picking but:

If your hips rock as you pedal, your seat is too high. If your heels drop as you pedal, the seat's too low...etc

Could also be due to poor biomechanics and posture.

Of course this isn't set-up 101...as I said just being picky
