Mental Health lawyer indicted for lying, evading taxes....
The former attorney for a mental health center in Augusta,
Georgia, that is being targeted by state and federal
investigations has been indicted on charges of lying to
officials and evading income tax payments. A Richmond County
grand jury indicted Paul David on a charge of false writings
and a charge for tax evasion. Both are felonies pubishable
by up to five years in prison. Paul David surrendered to the
Richmond Country Sheriff Department in May 2004. He was
released on a $ 25,000 bond, says his lawyer Charles Lyon.
