  1. Mexican Snack Squares

    2 cans Crescent Rolls 1 can Refried Beans 1 cup Sour
    Cream 2 Tbsp. dry Taco Seasoning Mix 1-1/2 cups Shredded
    Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 cup finely cut Green Chilies
    2/2 cup finely sliced Green Onions, tops too 1 cup diced
    small and seeded Tomatoes
    3/2 cup sliced Ripe Olives

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees Unroll dough into 4 long
    rectangles. Place crosswise in ungreased jelly roll pan,
    press over bottom and 1 inch up the sides for crust. Firmly
    press perforations to seal. Bake at 375 degrees for 14 to 19
    minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Spread beans
    over crust to within 1/2" of edges. In a small bowl, combine
    sour cream and taco seasoning, mix well. Spread over beans.
    Sprinkle cheese, onions, green chilies, tomatoes and olives
    evenly over sour cream mixture. Cover. Refrigerate
    overnight. Cut into squares and serve salsa on the side for
    those who want it. If you want a little bite to it, cut up
    very finely, 2 or 3 fresh Jalapeno Peppers you have seeded.
    Sprinkle the peppers over top of sour cream mixture with the
    cheese mixture.
