  1. Various errands, shopping, and meetings prevented having a meal today,
subsisting on iced tea and juices.

Despite having a glut of snack foods for "dinner" last night, by late this
evening my stomach thought my throat had been cut. :-)

I just polished off a plate of spaghetti tossed with EVOO and sliced garlic
sauteed in same, along with an almost equal amount of crisply steamed
asparagus tips, and topped with a copious amount of freshly grated Parmigiano
Reggiano and freshly cracked pepper. I can't believe how good that tasted.
Or, maybe it was just because I was "starving"! :-)

LOL! I was out of ice cream, but after a plate of pasta at midnight, also
thought I might be pushing my luck! :-)
