Can anyone suggest an economical way to take Milk Thistle?
I believe it's cheapest if bought in the seed form.
Is it enough to simply grind and boil them? Or can I even
eat them whole? And will this give me the benefits of
silymarin?
Or must I use an alcohol extraction method? I'd rather not
do this because I absolutely cannot stand alcohol.
Thanks

Muffins, maybe? I've heard of flax seed muffins, as well as
evening primrose seed muffins.

You can buy milkthistle in tea form. It tastes ok with a
little Stevia added. LG
