Mince in a Hot Sauce

450g mince (ground meat) 1 large chopped onion 20g tomato ketchup 40g brown sugar 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt 2 Tbsp cider vinegar 1 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce lemon juice oil/butter for frying

Fry onion in a little oil or butter Add mince, to brown Add all ingredients Simmer for 20 minutes
(add a little water if too thick) Serve with rice, pasta, chips etc
