i have a question concerning mixing wheels. I recently got a new bike (trek 5000) and i sold the bontrager race wheels it came with. I have a bontrager race x lite aero rear wheel with the powertap pro hub and was just using a crappy wheel in the front as i am only riding the trainer until my wrist heals. the front wheel isn't safe to ride on (it cannot be trued) so i need to purchase a new wheel and was wondering if i had to buy a front bontrager xlite aero wheel to match the rear. i was thinking of buying a cheaper front wheel (kryserium equipe) for training and waiting until i bought a nice set of race wheels to lay down the rear money. What is your opinion on this?
