  1. Got a catalogue from this company on monday. Had it look at the
catalogue yesterday and realised there was a enough stuff I wanted to
justify an order. Started composing an order on the internet then
realised I hadn't found half the stuff I wanted online that was on the
catalogue. Did a search for the items and nothing. At least four items
from the catalogue simply aren't available and none of the items said
limited stock but were keen prices. Can't even save the order online
and come back to it. It disappears after about 5 minutes of
inactivity. I've ordered from them once before and it was well packed
and arrived quickly. Perhaps I should have posted the complete order
as perhaps they keep back a bit of stock for such buyers who have no
feedback on stock levels and only shop by whats in the catalogue.

Still my last order with Wiggle had 3 items all in stock and its been
getting on a month and only one item has appeared so far!?!

Maybe its because its getting near to christmas.

On a more positive note bought a cheap chainset from sjsc of
bridgewater via ebay and discovered the crank arm (without chainrings)
has no pedal thread. Their customer service is totally superb and got
a replacement chainset in the post straight away which is perfect.
They aren't interested in the faulty item so I'm going to take it to
work and see if I can put a thread in it. Effectively giving me 2
chainsets for the price of one. All they had to send is a replacement
crank arm and most firms would have waited until I returned the
original so they could verify the fault. I'm guessing perhaps they
have had the same fault on these before.

You have to ring them up to see what stock they have in.I've tried a few
times, and the stuff they have listed has sold out.
They do have some good deals at times though.
