I had a massage from a different therapist this evening and learned some new terminology. She says
that my right, dominant leg is "hyper-toned," compared to my left one, which is "hypo-toned." That
surprised me because I thought I used both legs about the same.
She also felt that the muscles in my right shoulder are more developed than those in the left, but
that may have to do with years of playing tennis.
She is a fitness swimmer herself, and advised that I continue to breathe to both sides. She says her
toughest clients are the ones that are over-developed on one side.
She also says to stretch, stretch, stretch and look into yoga.
