This phone is a sat nav phone it seems via a co pilot to be of use to
car drivers
Can this phone be of use when walking. Obviously the maps will be of
little use as they are street map type but can you get an Os grid
reference the info ive seen seems to suggest you only get lat and long.
Be warned - I had this phone for a whole week before it was sent back
and the contract cancelled.
There seemed to be areas where satellite coverage vanished (not due to
sky window, eg. the whole of my local town, but not the town next door)
It dropped calls all the time and when it was synchronised with
Outlook, all my details in my contacts were jumbled up.
Don't get me wrong, it's a fantastic looking peice of kit, beautifully
put together and has excellent features, only, they don't work :-(
