Mounting brackets for VistaLite VL400

Anyone know where I can get handlebar mounting brackets for the lights of a VistaLite VL400 system?

I called Bell Sports (they took over VistaLite) but no luck.

If anyone has a whole system to sell I'd consider buying that also.
