Mounting Tire on Zipp Wheel Difficult

I've got a pair of 650 Zipp 303 clinchers and found it *very* *very* difficult to get a Conti Grand
Prix on 'em, even using soap and screw drivers. Is there some trick to putting tires on Zipps?

The "trick" is ....................don't use screwdrivers on Zipps!! They're best left to Huffy's
and the like.
