So my tires size is 26x2.1 but my dad accidentally bought 1.90 inner tubes . is this alright?

That will be just fine. Tubes are generally intended for a range of tire sizes, and there's no guarantee that a tube labeled right would actually be any wider.
If it's kinda narrow, it'll stretch a bit more. Become a little thinner. It'll lose air a tiny bit faster and become a tiny bit easier to puncture.
