I am not sure what you mean by small (file size - 30MB is small compared to a 150MB dvi file, or
small in length or image size) Are you after any old clips or 'movies' eg Kranked

files are not that small, (smallest is 10MB upto a whopping 44MB)
There also used to be a pile at www.pinkbike.com but I recall they were large in file size
good old k*z** file sharing might give you some luck
