Yeah, definitely a big loss to the music world. Everyone includeing Warren saw it coming, but it's
still a shame.

And good point about the $tones. Sheesh, I with those guys would give it a rest, but until people
stop paying $150 for tickets to their shows I think they will continue to milk it..

those prices are what kill me... how many not-on-sale Cd's could you buy with that money...?

More importantly, how many bike bits can you buy with that money?

A lot of CDs. Or, a whole bunch of better live shows in smaller venues. I would never pay that much
to see a band, even if they were doing somehting really cool. Well, I might if I got to have dinner
with them or something, but to be packed in a stadium with thousands and thousands of other fans to
hear a band do the smae thing it does every night just does not seem worth
it.

Unfortunately, the RS have made enough money that they have had all the parts that can wear out
replaced with the bionic titanium upgrade kits. (And you thought Keith Richards was the only one who
no longer had any of his original blood.) So there is no chance they will be stopping anytime soon.

On the bright side, in 2203 our descendants will still be able to go see the Stones and not kick
themselves thinking "Damn, I should have gone to see them in 2185, before they broke up."
