Mt Bike Crank Length - whats yours?

I recently got new cranks for my small sized mountain bike. I am about 5'7 with a 31.6 inseam and I switched from 175 inch cranks to 170 for my mt bike.

I have seem various formula for this that say I would be riding anywhere from a 165 to a 175 on mt bike bike.

I was wondering what other people are using on their mt bike. So, for the sake of information gathering, what size cranks to you use and how big are you (height and inseam if you know it)?

I'm 5'9" with a 30' inseam. I put 172.5's on my bike and I'm very happy.

i just switched from 170 to 175

haven't tried it out yet though. i need a new chain
