I HAVE BEEN DOING ENDURANCE RACES FOR ABOUT 6 YEARS NOW, BUT ALMOST ALWAYS WITH A TEAM. JUST DID MY FIRST SOLO 24 HOUR AT THE 24 HOURS OF ADRENALINE IN GEORGIA. HOOKED BUT NOW I WANT TO SPECIALIZE MY TRAINING MORE TOWARDS 1 OR 2 EVENTS A MONTH IN THE MEAT OF THE SEASON, INSTEAD OF JUST "TRAINING BY THE SEAT OF MY PANTS". EVENTHOUGH THAT HAS WORKED OK IN THE PAST. ANY HELP ON THIS MATTER WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.
