Hi all.
I have a 1990 Fisher HKII. I want to upgrade my forks. Does anyone know what, if any, suspension forks will work on my bike. I don't want to mess up my geometry, and don't want super fancy/expensive.
Thanks for any help, Paul

What size is the steerer tube?
If it's 1 1/4 inch, you have a lot of choices. If you get a fork with decent dampening and don't get greedy with travel (85mm or so) the improvements in off road handling will far exceed whatever you lose due to slackening the head tube angle.

If you have a 1" head-tube(thats my guess).... then the only manufacture for 1" right now(from my knowledge) is Marzocchi 😉

RST also makes 1" forks, so Marzocchi isn't the -only- one.. :p
I would get a Marzocchi MZ Comp because they are pretty cheap or you want to look into a new bike because for the same price of adding a new fork, you could get a pretty decent mountain bike that has good components.
