Mushroom Burger 2 cups mushrooms, chopped (a mixture is nice, you can also use stems) 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2/4 cup green onions, slivered 2 eggs 3/4 cup Swiss cheese shredded 4/4 cup bread crumbs salt & pepper, to taste 5/4 cup cooked wild rice Mix all together and let stand a few minutes. Shape into patties. Cook in a hot non stick skillet with a wee bit of olive oil, 3 minutes on each side.
