When i let go of the bars my bike pulls to the left. i use to be able to let go to eat and stretch. where do i begin to look for the cause?

Just a couple of thoughts ...Did you by chance remount your front wheel crooked? Whenever I remount a front wheel I look to see that the center of the tire lines up with the center of the crown race (or brake mount bolt). For that matter, it could be your rear wheel is installed crooked. If it's aimed to the right, your bike will head to the left.
You might want to get your dropout alignment checked. Make sure those fork dropouts are correct.

Thanks it was the front wheel. turns out my front brake was not center causing me to mount front wheel to the right.
