I was asked how the preparation for my birthday ride is going. Since I've spent most of the last two
rainy week working on my light system, I have to say that it is going great. I finish the adapter to
convert my LED flashlight to part of my light/utility bar. I have post pictures and details of the
ride here http://www.billcotton.com/71st_birthday_ride.htm I will leave about 4 am on the 12th of
June and will return about 8 pm on the 13th. Rain is forecast for Friday and I will be prepared with
rain gear, leg and arm warmer. Two riders have plans to ride with me. Delaware Route 1 have signs
missing and I think that the cue is needed to use that signed route. BicyclePA "L" route is signed
well on the section that I have used, Delaware line to Jim Thorpe PA. Because both states uses state
roads, better roads are available in places. For the most part, roads in the southern parts of both
state are very good.
