My cold ride

Not really a normal ride, but I sort of got out.
Record cold temps over the last week. -37 one morning and we left town
for a couple of days to soak in some nice warm water.

Cool scenery around the reservoir on the way out of town (at maybe -20
by noon):

I took this rig for a couple of miles to the trailhead after we got back
to out still frigid town:

Then did a few Miles like this:

Saw a cool stump:

Then the sun got low and the temperature followed (maybe -5 here).

The ride home was pretty cold (painfully so) but it was nice to do
something and include a bike!

A winter biathlon. Good pic of the steamy reservoir. I rode last night
in 15 degrees and nearly froze my kishkes off.

/s
It's not the cold, it's the humidity.
