Windsor falfirk possibly 2009. I bought the frame with the fork carbon seat post carbon and theframe is 54cm. I have an old Japanese Quentin 54 and the rims of a 27x1 1/4 along with that same tire size. Well fits like it should on the Quentin but the Windsor they are too large the tire gets lodged up against the rear brake bracket. I'm stuck. Well oline it says 700c x 23c rims and tires. Isn't the 700 even bigger than the 27 I mean except for the small thin tires... Ugh Thanks Jon

A 622 rim with a 700C 23 MM wide tire should be a smaller diameter than a 27" x 1-1/4" (630 rim size) rim mounted with the wider, taller tire profile.

Isn't the 700 even bigger than the 27 I mean except for the small thin tires...

FYI. The effective circumference of a 27x1.125 tire (the "smallest" size) == the effective circumference of a 700x32 (not the smallest size)
