Since I'm not a native english speaker and I don't speak italian at all my guess (and fonetics) might be a bit off.
But I don't want to be responsible for you losing sleep so I'll have a go anyway.
I think as general rule you pronounce all the letters in italian words? So it would be something like arione where the a sounds something like ah, i like e, o like ou, and the e like eh. ah-re-oun-eh.
