Nashbar truvativ elita triple problems?

Hi - Nahsbar has been selling these triple road cranks for $69 - quite a bargain! I read a few web
blurbs saying that some of these cranks have been out of alignment with wobble in them (170mm
version). Can anyone confirm or deny this?
