National Sports Personality Awards

Former world kilo champ Chris Hoy has won the Scottish Sports Personality 2003, Nicole Cooke won
the equivalent award in Wales - how many countries have these awards and have been won by cyclists
this year?

BTW there is a rumour that Armstrong will be awarded the BBC International Sports Personality of the
year at the ceremony on TV tonight. The only other cyclist to be recognised in these awards was
Tommy Simpson who won Personality of the Year in 2003.
