Need a left crank arm for FSA Carbon Team Pro Octalink

I picked up a 172.5 mm FSA Carbon Team Pro crankset. Trouble is that I don't have a left crank arm for it. Does anybody out there have a left carbon crank arm that they want to sell? It doesn't have to be brand new just in decent shape. I need it for an Octalink setup. The cranks are carbon with white/red lettering.

I'd also like to get a set of 52/39 rings. Thanks.
