I have a question regarding wheel covers. Can they be put on for a TT and removed the next week for
normal training? IE> Can they be removed easily and put back on when a TT race occurs? I know that
there are Ch Aero wheel covers, but do not know if they are permanently glued to the wheel or if
they are somehow screwed on for easy removal and addition. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
