Just got a Trek 7.4 FX and I'm shopping around now for some handlebar extensions, a set of bull horns. This bike has a stock handlebar system referred to as a Bontrager Satellite Plus IsoZone OS 25mm rise handlebar. And even though I like the idea and look of the Ergon combo style grips, I'll have to settle for clamp on bar-ends as I don't want to give up these incredibly comfortable stock IsoZone grips.
By now I've looked at so many bar-ends my heads spinning, so I'm here for some advice. Keeping in mind I'm aiming for something like the Ergon style extensions, could anyone suggest where I should be looking?
If Ergon makes a stand alone clamp on extension then that's probably what I'll get; but so far I haven't seen them offered anywhere. If I'm wrong please let me know.
