Need help pricing a bike for sale.

It is a 2003 Cervelo P3, 55, the grey one. Has dura ace except for cervelo branded brakes, a syntace aerobar, and zipp 404 wheels. Has 2 seasons racing and training, about 4-5k miles. What should I ask, expect to get etc. Selling to buy a road bike. This bike is also a tiny bike small for me. No crashes, just standard wear. I've got $5200 in it, 2 years ago.
