Need to replace the left crank arm on my bike. The crank is a truvativ x-flow by sram. Don't know what kind of crank puller i need to get for this job please let me know what would be the best way. Thanks

Is that Giga-X, or ISIS?

Presuming you have a TruVativ BB (even if it is an ISIS), you should be able to just back the non-driveside cup out of the frame to push the crank arm off the spindle after you remove/loosen whatever needs to be removed/loosened (e.g., BB bolts!) ...

If that seems to "shade tree" for you, then simply take the bike to your LBS.
