A group of us (4) are coming over to Italy by way of Munich and I am trying to figure out what to do with the bike boxes once we get to Germany.
We are going to rent a van and then head south to Italy for the last couple of days of the Giro and some basic cycling in the Dolomites.
The problem I am running into is what do I do with 4 bike boxes once we get to Germany? It would seem they are too large to cart around with us in the van. Has anyone every flown into an airport with their bikes and then stored the bike boxes somewhere else? I dont want to have to carry them as they will take up way too much room. Any suggestions on what to do on this front would much appreciated.
