Need help to decide against 2 Scotts

Hi. I am comparing these 2 bikes

but do not know what to look for. One is last years bike and one is this years. Does it make much difference which one?

Considering the prices are not much different between the 2009 P55 and the 2010 P55, I'd go ahead and get the newer model.
