need info on tube valve adapter

I have seen these, so I kow they exist...jsut forgot to bookark the site. What I need is a valve
adapter for a 305mm wheel. One that has a 180 degree bend in it that will let you use a tire pump.
These are brass and are used for people with wheel discs. Anyone know who makes or sells them.
