Quoted message said:I used to run alot everyday for about a year. I had to take some time
off from running due to a leg injury. I'm trying to get back into
running again, but I'm having a very diffuclt time trying to motivate
myself to get out the door.
Anyone have any motivation suggestions?
Find a nice trail with easy footing and good scenery. Start walking to
warm up, then easy run - singing "zippety do daah" if you have to to
keep it easy, then walk when needed, etc. On 2nd thought, that may not
be the best song to start with since you may get carried away and go too
long or fast, but you get the idea.
