The feedback indicates someone who is having some current problems.
The earlier feedback had a far lower complaint rate.

I would give it a try (file with the Canadian Postal Inspectors), based on
the fact that the Indiana (US) resident used both CANADIAN and US MAIL to
defraud. HOPEFULLY; the two (2) governments work-together?

Here, it is a felony. First offense is usually restitution with fine
and/or probation(you STILL get a FELONY on your record). Second offense,
he becomes someones ***** in prison or worse: "community-property".

I have no idea what you are talking about.

He's got a rating of 99.7 and over 360 individuals left positives. The
only negative is from the guy who started this thread.

That's why I make it a rule of thumb to get a tracking number for eBay
transactions. Don't know if USPS does it across the border, but UPS
or Fedex should.
