Need some help with 'Fast Ace BS-20AR'

Hi,

I just purchased a bike with a Fast Ace air shock in it and haven’t any information about the recommended air pressures eg min and max and adjustments. The shock is BS-20AR and it has 2 air valves on it. Any info would be fantastic!
