Sorry if this isn't the right place for this, feel free to move it....

Nothing sure for now, just cleaned, discarded needles, and an unidentified molecule. This is still a rough morning, I don't know what to think anymore.

Here's a quick translation of this article in today’s L’Equipe:
    http://www.lequipe.fr/Cyclisme/20060630_092735Dev.html

While the facts have not yet been confirmed by French investigators, L’Equipe’s Friday edition revealed that CSC is under strong suspicion of doping.

A garbage bag filled with needles was found by a waste disposal worker in a Parisian underground parking garage on April 8th of this year, the eve of the start of the Paris-Roubaix. The man, who was accidentally poked by one of the needles while emptying the bin, pressed charges for "involuntary assault / injury" [Trans. Note : "violence involontaire" in French]. A witness is alleged to have stated to police during a preliminary investigation that he saw several people get out of a vehicle marked with one of the Danish team’s sponsor’s insignia, carrying the garbage bag in question, before leaving it.

The judicial testing lab Toxlab is currently analyzing the hundred-odd needles. Strangely, all were carefully cleaned before being thrown out. The scientists were nonetheless able to detect one molecule that they have not yet been able to identify. Could it be a new substance, a "designer steroid" much like THG? It’s a plausible hypothesis, but one that needs to be verified. Spanish judicial authorities have in fact been contacted in order to determine if similar products were found by the gaurdia civile during the Puerto operation last May.

Now there is circumstantial evidence and there is circumstantial evidence ! Jezus that is really reaching ! Especially when the Paris-Roubaix no longer starts in Paris !
