transcendental.

Depends on what you mean. If you mean the EEG things, it's a weighed average
of firing patterns that occur in the cerebral cortex, only the outher layers
(say up to 5 or 6 neurons), showing cerebral activity.

Depends on the wave. Brain activity never ceases, unless you die. Individual
waves are often classified according to frequencies (like alpha, beta,
theta, etc) or wave lengths (e.g. P400 is a positive going potential of 400
miliseconds length).

I don't understand thequestion, but magnetrons have much higher frequencies
than any interesting part of the EEG.
