• Borozon Treated Races: Diamond polished bearing races provide ultra-smooth bearing action.
• Double Contact Seals: Shuts out water, dust, and mud from the hub bearing.

New Mavic Black F519 rim for Freeride racing and training
• Lightweight. – 460 g per rim
• Strength: Maxtal SUP™ rim
• Stainless Eyelets
• Welded Rim Joint
• 24.5 mm outside rim width
• Machined Braking surface for Rim Brakes
• Drilled for Presta Valve, but can be opened up for Schrader.
New Wheelsmith 14/16 DB spokes
New Wheelsmith standard plated Brass Nipples
Continental Rim Tape Applied.
Wheel is stiffer than 32 spoke F519 wheel due to 4 extra spokes per wheel and higher bracing angle.
Wheel is radially and laterally trued.
Spokes are aligned to follow the shortest path from hub to rim.
Spokes have all residual wind up removed.
The hub is also centered exactly in the middle of the wheel.
The spoke tension is optimized in steps.
The wheel is stress relieved several times.
All these efforts provide long term stability and reliability in the wheels
