  1. These new numbers were obtained as the result of a free screening, not from
my normal Doc's office. I thought they'd be useful as an independent check,
    so to speak.

    Total Chol: 204
    HDL: >100
    LDL: ??
    TRG: 49
    VDL: 9.8
    HbA1c: 4.7

I don't know what's up with the >100 HDL and the missing LDL number. Below
are the previous results with everything else the same...

    From May 2005

    Total Chol: 202
    HDL: 88
    LDL: 105
    Trig: 47
    HbA1c: 5

    Type 2 Diabetic
Loss on LC: 142 Lbs, Started 10/01

    Weight lifting: 3x per week
    Bicycling: Weekends and whenever
    Stationary Bike: Some weekdays

Wow! Nice numbers! Great insulin resistance too.

  4. HbA1c: 4.7 is quite impressive for a type 2.
