    Yesterday Mavic released the new R-SYS wheels.
    I had the oportunity to meet Adrien from WW there. I made some videos while riding and I'll try to post them later.
    The new wheels have carbon rigid spokes and have a feature that avoids them of moving while the spokes are in compression.
    I weighted the set at 1377g.
    The wheels felt REALLY stiff laterally (the closest to lightweights I've ever tested), they've lost vertical compliance in comparison to Ksyriums.

    The spokes are tubular carbon! I'm not sure what you mean by "rigid", but they are tubes. Pretty cool stuff ;-)

    Looks like another high-drag wheelset from Mavic - just what the doctor ordered!
    As an aside, the vertical compliance of any wheelset varies only in miniscule fashion from any other wheelset.
