Hello, new to the boards and cycling. In the last three years I have gone from 450lbs to 275. Running was my exercise of choice and actually came to love it but after knee surgery in April my surgeon said buy a bike. I tried to keep running but I finally come to terms with 40 year old knees that have carried waaaaaay to much weight need a break. I ordered a bike today and hope to enjoy biking as much or more than running. I will most likely be around here asking stupid questions so thanks and sorry ahead of time!
