New Mountain Bike Park

Slacker is a good guy who is into DH so I think he would like what you are
doing.

JD is a guy who doesn't like FR or DH and will repond with negative
comments. He isn't a bad guy just a little hard in his posts. He is more
of an old school purist MTB'er.

But so are you and so am I we just tried out the newer scene and found we
liked it.

Mountain bikes can be ridden in the snow.

That's not mountain biking.

JD

Would you like him to call it "park biking on a mountain bike" ?
Or maybe "the defilement of mountain bikes" ?
I guess i am just a biker that rides in mountains, not a "mountain biker" because i ride my bike on the street sometimes.

I imagine the air in that warehouse would get a bit stale too. I've been to
an inside skatepark and an inside paintball arena during the winter here in
SE Michigan and the air inside was very heavy, smelly and stale. One of the
main reasons I like riding outside in the winter is because it gets me away
from all the viruses and other germs that are floating around inside.

Where'd you see the part where they touted reducing damage to sensitive
trails? I musta missed that. I've found riding on the trails here in
Michigan during the winter is about as low-impact as you can get.. Frozen
ground doesn't erode and when there's enough snow, your tires don't even
touch it.

See, young Mr Eckersley doesn't know what he's talking about. He saw
me stick my leg out by expressing my disdain for his beloved adult bmx
and just started blindly humping away. It's pretty funny.

Well maybe not then. Sorry, I thought we rode at Vulture's Knob with the
Spokejunkies in like... 2000. I had a yellow Schwinn Homegrown. I was in
the USN and stationed in Maine back in 88.. were you?

hell, as proposed they can just import the rocks (and dirt, etc.) I
guess :)

I have no problem with it, but I'd like to see how they're going to make
it more interesting / different than a BMX track. it seems like it
could only be geared towards freeriding, otherwise it would be entirely
pointless (CC riding indoors? umm yeah, ok). so I'd like to see how
they're going to achieve something like that. but hey at least you know
who can't complain... ok he can, and will, but in theory it's a "no
impact" form of biking. as opposed to almost no impact...

I rode at VK with a SJ, but only one and was never in the Navy.

Partially right there Johnny Dimwit I may have been wrong in reference to
the sensitive trails but I still think an indoor park is a good resource to
have. Oh and as for 'beloved adult bmx', I just enjoy riding all types of
bikes.

Resource for doofi on bikes, not mountain bikers.

Then get a road bike and join all of the other Lance wannabes.
